Becker's House of Materials Sewing Kit

Sewing kit for holidays from Becker's House of Materials at 357 Millburn, Ave., Millburn. Kit is folded in half. Front has a sketch of an ocean liner in color with, "Season's Greetings From the BECKERS House of Materials, Millburn, N.J." in red across body of boat. Underneath in yellow says, "BEST GOLD EYED NEEDLES AND NEEDLE THREADER". Back cover has same needle phrase in yellow on bottom with sketch of ocean liner and a banner in blue with white writing reading, "UNITED STATES" across it. Inside of kit has seven foil-backed groups of needles. Back of front cover has three in green and one in red. Back of back cover has three in red. All are missing some needles. All four edges of kit have been trimmed unevenly with scissors. There is a 3/4" X 1/4" tear in upper left corner of front. On Back cover there is some soiling with red rubber band residue in upper, middle area and an 1-1/4" fold in upper right corner. Center fold is approx. 1/3rd torn. Sewing kit was donated by Shirley Kane who found it at the Christ Church rummage sale.
