Advertisement published in Industrial World and Ironworker, Vol. 35, no. 5 (Thursday, August 7, 1890), p. 22, for The Fred'K Crane Chemical Company in Short Hills, NJ. Producers of Zapons, Japans, Lacquers, Blacks, Vanish, Shellacs, Enamels. The Celluloid Zapon Plant was located in Springfield. It closed in 1904 and moved to Stamford Connecticut.
