Nurnberg: Richard A. Nurnberg Army Retirement Article, 1996

Colonel Richard A. Nurnberg graduated from Millburn High School in 1959. In 1965 he began his 31 year military career in the Medical Service Corps., as a dentist. After serving as US Commander of Dental Activity for the US Army in Japan for three years, he returned to the United States and continued to serve at various military bases. Colonel Nurnberg conducted an oral history interview about his service in the US Armed Forces, which is available online through the Library of Congress.
