Nurnberg: Richard A. Nurnberg, Army Promotion, 1983

Photograph of Dr. Richard A. Nurnberg receiving his promotion to Full Colonel from Brigadier General Joseph Skaff on April 1, 1983. Nurnberg was a graduate of Millburn High School, who began his military career as a US Army Dentist. He served in Japan for three years and went on to serve as Commander of Dental Activity for the US Army in Arizona.
