Illustrated with engaging b/w sketches and some b/w photos (of Short Hills homes/gardens?). No dust jacket; hard cover is sandy-yellow and discolored along top edge, especially top right. Back cover is heavily spotted and soiled along top edge. Spine is also heavily soiled along top edge and down through text on spine. (Linen?) Cover has overall soiling and light dirt/pen/pencil marks. Pages generally clean, but lightly yellowed. Page 1 has what appears to be a fingerprint on right edge, ca. 1/3 from top. Page 6 and the glossy photo page opposite have spots along top edge. Purchased online (from ABEBooks?).
