Millburn Township Lease of White Oak Ridge Property to Millburn Board of Education, 1912-3

Copy of the lease and revised version from the Millburn Township Committee to the Millburn Board of Education on December 1, 1912 and January 2, 1913 for land on Hobart Gap Road adjoining the White Oak Ridge School. The lease was until 1915 and the BOE agreed to pay rent of $1.00 to Millburn Township.
