Photograph of 79 Minnisink Road from the 1978 David Gibson Survey. The house was originally the carriage house to 71 Minnisink It was one of the Stewart Hartshorn Estates, Inc. properties and part of the Smith estate of 1916. The Smith family lived in the carriage house while the main house was being built. Both the carriage house and the Colonial Revival style mansion were designed by architect Arthur Nash.
