Virtual Walking Tours
Originally produced in 1991, these historical excursions around our Township have been upgraded from their original pamphlet form to GPS-enabled smartphone-guided walking tours, and have been updated to reflect new points of interest.
While the technology and some of the tour stops have changed, the sentiment from the original pamphlets remains the same: “As you walk through our town, you will see only part of ‘what was’ because of changes wrought by time. However, we hope that this look at what remains will bring you closer to the people who once lived here – farmers, entrepreneurs, architects, craftsmen, religious leaders, and nature lovers. They all helped make Millburn Township the distinctive place it is today”.
