Millburn High School: You Can't Take It With You Cast, 1940

Signed photograph of the cast from the Millburn High School's Junior Class Production of "You Can't Take it With You," April 19, 1940. The production of Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman's "You Can't Take It With You" was directed by Miss Reed. Pictured in the photograph are: Top Row Middle: (from left to right) Sally Cory as "Rheba" (in blackface), Miss Reed," Marvin Silbersher as "Kolnekov, the mad ballet teacher," Barbara Jagels (the romantic interest). Bottom Row: (from left to right): Nancy Bailey & Jim Pickering (Romeo and Juliet of the Comedy). Other cast members include: Phyllis Davies, Dan Carella, Herbert Fruchtman, Elaine Marx, Henry Geis, Alfred Nyquist, Arthur Frackenpohl, Larry Christian, Getty Gray, Arthur Stevens, Concetta Reino, Ed Krauss, Arthur Menein and Lloyd Smith.
