Text design seems to point to 1930's. The Chanticler, at 480 Millburn Avenue, does not appear in the society's directories until the 1936 directory. The prior book was 1928 and the Chanticler was not in that book. William Naue appears as the manager through to the 1952 directory. He was gone by the next directory, which is 1960.
