Photograph of 56 Highland Avenue, one of the original Hartshorn Estates, Houses (Unnumbered). Shingle Style house, c. 1880. The house was later purchased by Helen Page Wodell, co-founder of the landscaping firm of Wodell & Cottrell. The house passed to her daughter Lois Poinier, who also became a nationally renowned landscape designer.
