Andrew Hart is listed in the 1908 city directory as a florist living at Millburn Avenue and Spring Street. The family stayed in the business, with George A. Harth operating the store until 1977. The receipts detail many of the funeral floral arrangements ordered for residents, whose services were performed at the Methodist church in Springfield.
