Walsh Company commissioned the house in 1913, owners included: Theodore S. Miller, Jr. (1917)Bernard J. Reilly (1917), Raymond E. and Eleanor Carlson (1938), Lawrence & Adelaide Olsen (1947), Williard P. and Natalie Vorhees (1954).
