Hartshorn: Petition Against Store in Short Hills, 1885

Object/Artifact
Two page handwritten petition addressed to Stewart Hartshorn Esq. and dated February 24, 1888 objecting to the proposal of putting a store in Short Hills. The peition contains 27 signatures, the last two (Charles Rich and A.B. Rich) objecting to the proposed location.
