52 Linden Street, Krys-Kryngle Cottage

Photograph
Photographs of 52 Linden Street from the 1978 David Gibson Historic Sites Survey. 365 Linden Street, or Krys-Kringle Cottage was built by Joy Wheeler Dow in the Wyoming Section of Millburn. Date of construction is unclear from the survey. Original date of 1877 has been crossed out. The house appeared in the October 1913 edition of Building Progress Magazine, so it must have been completed by that date. The later date of 1925 in the file must be incorrect. Among the previous owners of the house were:Elizabeth Kellogg (1912), George Noyes Slayton (1920), William and Ethel Sale (1943), David and Lois Kendall (1963), Philiop and Frances Broad (1965), Charles Chin (1966).
