Brison: Morris and Essex Railroad Bridge in Millburn, Undated

Photograph looking north on Main Street just before the Morris and Essex Railroad Bridge. Inscription on verso from Emilie Benson Welsh reads: Millburn N.J. The Morris and Essex Railroad Bridge over Old Short Hills Road showing corner of the "House Lot" of Brison Homestead which is almost on right. The R.R. was formerly at grade and the station was first on lower side at left (tk) on right of roadway. Then moved to present site between Millburn and Wyoming. John Brison's old store was on left. School addition now on property, 1968.
