Note: There is confusion about the address of this house, which is also appears as 94 Myrtle Avenue on Tax Maps. The house was built in c. 1881. Previous owners were Clair Brinton Bahring (1912), Alma H. Bahring (1957), Roy L. Bahring (1975), George and Caroline Olson (1977). The house was occupied by Herman J. Bahring and Anna Eliza Behring starting in c. 1887 and remained in the family until 1977. The Bahring family also owned several other lots on Myrtle Avenue. The house appears on the Robinson Atlases of 1890, 1906 ad 1928.
