Oliver: Deed to Mary Oliver Property, Church Street, 1900

Mary Oliver Deed to Hugh G. Oliver Estate, July 31 1900. Deed covers land beginning on the South East side of Church street, distant westerly 146 feet or thereabouts from the Northwest corner of the church lot, said beginning corner being also the northwest corner of a lot heretofore conveyed by Mark Oliver to Joseph Oliver. Thence running above the westerly line of land conveyed by Mark Oliver to said Joseph H. Oliver and binding thereon south 11 degrees and 45 minutes west....Being part of the same promises conveyed to said Mark Oliver by Israel D. Condit and wife by deed bearing date September 23, 1862 and recorded October 10th 1862 in Book 7.11 of Deed for said County of Essex pages 202-204 and devised to said party of first part by said Mark Oliver in and by his last Will and Testament....
Deed is signed by Mary Oliver in the presence of Will C. Headley. The address of the house is most likely 18 Church Street.
