Thence running above the westerly line of land conveyed by Mark Oliver to said Joseph H. Oliver and binding thereon south 11 degrees and 45 minutes west....Being part of the same promises conveyed to said Mark Oliver by Israel D. Condit and wife by deed bearing date September 23, 1862 and recorded October 10th 1862 in Book 7.11 of Deed for said County of Essex pages 202-204 and devised to said party of first part by said Mark Oliver in and by his last Will and Testament....
