Oakes Company Suburban Homes, Photographic Pamphlet on Short Hills

Book
The Oakes business was established in 1905 by Leslie V. Oakes, who was still President and in active control of the Oakes Company when the pamphlet was published. Leslie Oakes retired from the company in 1960. The Oakes Company was located at 18 Fox Hill Lane, Short Hills. The pamphlet is extensively illustrated with B&W photographic plates.
