Main Street: Main Street and Millburn Avenue

Postcard
Black and white, glossy, unused, undated, real-photo view of Main Street in Millburn. Although the postcard is undated and unused, an identical one in the historical society collection has a stamp and cancellation that celebrate Millburn's 1957 centennial. The taller brick building on the left corner of Main and Millburn was Whelan's drug store (later Starbuck's coffee) and the smaller, light-colored building on the right was Kaiser's drug store. Straight ahead, in the background, is an Esso sign, where the Esso station was (now a town parking lot). There are several copies of this postcard in the collection, as well as the version with the Centennial stamp and cancellation.
