71 Minnisink Road, 1916

Photograph
Photograph of 71 Minnisink Road from the 1978 David Gibson Historic Survey. The house has since undergone extensive renovation and restoration. The colonial revival house was built in 1916 on Hartshorn Estate Inc. Property. The house was designed by architect Arthur Nash for Philip L. Smith and appears on the 1928 Robinson Map with the name Belle W. Smith. Nash's design for the south side of the house is an exact copy of the Ford Mansion in Morristown.
