Deed: William E. Gentzel to Jane Partington, 1897

Deed between William E. Gentzel and Jane Partington for land lot number 4 (379 Millburn Avenue) as laid out upon of map of land owned by William Gentzel, which had been conveyed to Gentzel by James R. Pitcher and Helen K. Pitcher by deed on November 4, 1895. The deed is dated January 7, 1897. Also Abstract of the Title of Jane Partington to Premises on Springfield Avenue. The land was part of the Brison Estate. Document contains the Records for Deeds and Mortgages, which lists Brison, Pitcher and Gentzel as previous owners. Also contains a map. Deed of same land from John Partington (son of Jane Partington) to Catherine Partington in August 1951. The Partington family is buried at St. Stephen's Cemetery
