7 Delbarton Drive

One of the original Woodfield Estate homes, owned initially by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph S. Wolcott. Ralph S. Wolcott was a attorney at Beekman, Bogue & Clark (15 Broad Street, NYC), who moved from Maplewood to the Woodfield Estates in Millburn in 1929. He and his family lived in the house until his death in 1934. The estate was sold in c.1937. Other owners included: Sanford and Ella M. Skinner, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Gould (1947), C.Frederick and Hellen P. Mueller (1955)
