The sale of land beginning at the south west corner of a lot now occupied by one William C. Chaffie and on the north side of Willow Street and from thence running northerly along the line of said Chaffie one hundred and fifty feet (150). Thence westerly fifty feet (50) to the line of land of John D. Meeker. Thence southerly along said Meeker's line one hundred fifty feet (150) to the northerly line of Willow Street. Thence easterly along the line of said street fifty feet (50) to the place of the beginning. Being lot No. 3 and laid out for the said John D. Meeker by R.M. Hancock Surveyer for $250
