The gray cover is lightly rippled and yellowed on all edges; the two center staples have rusted; there is a light vertical fold in the center of the entire booklet; there are two pinhead-sized spots on the back cover, one to the left of the word DRUGS, near the edge of the booklet, and one on the right edge, to the right of the word SQUABS; there is a 5/16" wide x 1.25" light stain on the right edge of the front cover, beginning ca. 2.25" from the bottom
