Pictured are: Frank Masi (Standing alone), Felix Cardone (Wearing a Suit) and Tom Cardone (Wearing an Apron). According to an inscription on the back of the photograph, Tom brought Italian immigrants to the United States to work on the railroad. he gave them Room & Board. Frank Masi purchased the first Barber Shop in Millburn, originally called Sid & El's Barber Shop.
