Campbell was appointed the agent in charge of selling the building and property, which was eventually purchased by Antoinette Scudder for use as a theater (Paper Mill Playhouse). The asking price for the property was less than $30,000, for which the buyer acquired a 20,000 square foot building and water rights to the west branch of hte Rahway River.
