Dunn: Bob Dunn with his cartoon, Just The Type

Photograph
Photograph of Bob Dunn pretending to make his cartoon, "Just The Type," (1946-1963) float. Dunn, who was a well-known magician and all around jokester, is showing off his latest sleight of hand. Bob Dunn himself created, wrote and illustrated several syndicated cartoon strips--"Brassband Bixby" (early 1940s), "Just the Type" (1946-63) and "Dunn & Son," which was eventually added as a panel in "Just The Type."
