Redstone Tandem Horses

The Redstone was the home of the William I. Russell Family. Located on Wells Lane & Knollwood Road. Russell was known for his jet-black horses, Tandem with "Romulous & Remus"which drew attention from crowds when they went to town to be re-shod. It has been speculated that the figure in the carriage is William Russell.
