Board of Health: Scarlet Fever Contagion Notice, 1930s

Cardboard notice of diphtheria in household from the Millburn Township Board of Health, c. 1930s. Sign reads: "Notice: This house contains a case of Scarlet Fever. When the danger from contagion has passed this card will be removed. By Order BOARD OF HEALTH of the Township of Millburn, N.J. Any person remoing this card without authority is liable to a fine of fifty dollars."
