DescriptionCampbell's Paper Mill was located on the east side of Short Hills Avenue, south of Millburn Avenue to the rear of the Campbell home. Water power was furnished by a pond on the north side of Millburn avenue, west of Short Hills Avenue, where the Glenwood section is and the rill race ran under Millburn Avenue. The mill was destroyed by fire sometime after this picture was made. Ruins were still visible behind the Chanticler in the 1980s.
