Owners of the property were: Peter Larson & George Reeve (1912), Michale Whalen (1933), Bridget Grogel (1936), Margaret Kelly (1936), Percy B. Levitt (1937). The Ray H. Bennett Lumber Company was a large lumber company based out of North Tonawanda, NY, which offered kit homes for sale via catalog in the early 20th century. 124 Myrtle Avenue was also a Bennett Built House from 1925.
