Description1964 ca. 149-page softcover book labeled "A Comprehensive Report prepared for the Planning Board of the Township of Millburn, N.J.; by Kendree and Shepherd Planning Consultants; 1529 Walnut STreet; Philadelphia, Pa. 19102." The report comprises geography, land use, housing, community facilities, schools, utilities, transportation, population projections, school projections, economic characteristics, shoppers' survey, and a circulation plan. The cover has overall soiling, light damage along the left edge of the front cover and left and right edges of the back cover, bumped corners, edgewear, and a vertical crease 4" in from the right edge of the front cover. Ca. 1" to the right of the vertical crease and ca. 2.5" from the top edge of the front cover is a v-shaped scratch on the front cover. The lower left corner of the front cover has a ca. 1/2" tear next to the plastic comb binding strip. The pages are lightly yellowed and have edgewear. The donor purchased the book at an auction house in Boonton, specifically for the Millburn-SH Historical Society.
