The Hartshorn Squam Lake estate sold in 2012 (for $4,400,000.00) after having been in the family for over 100 years. The 68-page book has yellowing on the edges of the covers, foxing on the right side of the title page, very lightly bumped corners, and an ink inscription, on the inside of the front cover, which states: "To Harry from Pete; Christmas 1982." Otherwise the pages are clean and tight. Purchased on eBay.
