Country Homes and Gardens of Moderate Cost

120-page, 1907, green-linen-covered hardcover book titled "Country Homes and Gardens of Moderate Cost"; edited by Charles Francis Osborne and published by the John C. Winston Company, Publishers. Book is covered in linen(?) cloth of dark green. Front cover is stained with white, nearly translucent splotches and overall spotting. Back cover has overall light, white spotting and a couple of small dark splotches in the upper left quadrant. stains. All cover edges have considerable edge wear, some with small tears in the linen, along the edges and all corners are bumped. Spine is very worn and torn in several places, so the linen hangs on like tabs. The blank page after the front flyleaf is completely detached. All othe rpages show light yellowing. Page 66 features a "Cottage at Brantwood" by Rossiter & Wright. The house is 325 Hobart Avenue at North Road.
