Dalzell: Kenneth W. Dalzell, Homes of Moderate Size, 1921

144-page, 1921, hardcover book titled "Dalzell's Homes of Moderate Size" by Edward F. Hammel , architect, on the work of Kenneth W. Dalzell, architect, M.A.I.A. and published by the U.P.C. Book Company, Inc., 243-249 West 39th St, NY. Dalzell lived in Maplewood and Short Hills and designed homes in both communities (see Wiss house literature). The homes in this book, however, are primarily in Maplewood; none are in Millburn or Short Hills.
