DescriptionThis 60-page, spiral-bound, softcover book about Buxton School dates to approximately 1938. The green cover is worn, creased, and lightly stained on the front, especially at the edges. The back cover is less worn and very minimally stained. The top half of the fourth sheet of paper from the front is detached from the spiral binding. The bottom edges of most of the pages are lightly worn. Many pages are foxed. There is a pencil scribble on the bottom of page 15. The book is an explanation of the raison d'etre for the school, which was a private school at 52 Great Hills Road in Short Hills.
