Bosworth: Guy R. Bosworth Seated Outside in Uniform, c. 1917

Photograph of Guy Rexford Bosworth wearing his military uniform and seated outside. Guy R. Bosworth grew up at 45 Ocean Street, Millburn. In July 1912, he became certified as a Registered Pharmacy Assistant as of July 19, 1912. He enlisted in the army in 1917 and was "reported killed " in the sinking of the transport Antilles on October 17 of that year. He was the first solider in New Jersey to die in WWI.
