Real Estate listing for 365 Hobart Avenue, Linfield, from The Item of Millburn and Short Hills, Thursday, June12, 2003. The house was designed by architect James Ware and constructed in 1911. Linfield was constructed for Stephen M. Linington at 365 Hobart Avenue in Short Hills in 1911. The architect was Arthur B. Ware, of James E. Ware and Sons. The home was featured in The November 15, 1911 issue of The American Architect and the November 1913 issue of American Homes and Gardens.. The house was also pictured in American Homes & Gardens, November 1913. In 1930, the house was owned by Oscar M. Condit and in 1978, it was owned by E.Freeman Bunn.
