Previous owners were Edward Brown (1912), Isabel Armstrong Murphy (1936), Linden Bridgeman (1940), Frederick and June Wolfe (1940), Philip Tomlet (1970) It was sold to Arthur L. Caparn in 1939. The house appears on the 1904 Kiser Atlas and the 1928 Robinson Atlas.
