The architect was most likely Arthur Mc Entee, from the Brooklyn firm Hopkins, Mc Entee & Speers. The house is done in the eclectic style, mixing elements of different local architectural styles and local materials. The house is the mirror image of the house diagonally opposite it at 110 Knollwood.
