Tudor House between Kenilworth and Parsonage Hills Road. Before addition. The address for the house was originally 3 Delbarton Drive. It was part of the original Woodfield Development and purchased by Frank T. Kennedy in 1929. The Kennedy's moved in by March 30, 1929.
