The Dover Street trademark information indicates that logo was first used in 1955 and the trademark filing was done in 1958. The back of the card gives and address or 37 East Willow Street in Millburn. By at least 1957 the store was at 40 Chatham Rd in Short Hills. The back of the card also notes: "Pictured are but a few of the outstanding new British Shoes being featured at our modern warehouse shop." A 1957 ad for the store stated: "Our business is primarily selling British shoes by mail on direct factory representation at a fraction of their American retail price saving purchasers several dollars a pair," The corners of the card are lightly bumped and the back of the card shows very light yellowing, especially around the edges of the card.
