Dark blue pressed steel letters mounted on white channels with fastenings for stucco finish cinder block building. Letters to be furnished with keyhole mounting brackets. Space available is 20' long." The invoice has a 1" deep tear at the upper right corner, 3/4" from the left edge of the letter.
