Photographs from 1978 David Gibson Survey of 288 Hobart Avenue. House also known as Druidream when owned by Clarence T. Williams. Later sold to Arthur T. Vanderbilt. According to a notice in Real Estate Record and Builders Guide, (August 29, 1914). The Edward P. Hamilton & Company sold, on behalf of Charles W.L. Roche, "the property known as Druidream, comprising a modern residence and a garage with about 3 acres of land fronting on Hobart Avenue to Clarence Williams."
