The text that accompanied the photos describes the new hotel, the Terrace Restaurant, and the lobby. There is no photo for the lobby and no text for the guest room photo. A prior donation, however, has the guest room text and the lobby photo (in the same file folder). All items are like-new, with no obvious damage or wear.
