"Automobiling Through South Mountain Reservation" Postcard

Postcard
1905 b/w postcard titled "Automobiling Through South Mountain Reservation," sent to Mr. Harry G. Barnes, 38 Prospect Place, Bristol CT. The sender (C.L.K.?) wrote on the front of the card: "Dear Harry, Wouldn't you like to be occupying that vacant front seat! This reservation lies along the ridge of the mountain and is within walking distance of my sister's house where Mother and I are staying. I took a friend through it one day last fall and brought her home with blistered heels." The postcard is yellowed and the corners are bumped. The front lower right corner is creased and there is a crease along the right (from the front) side of the card, 1/2" in the the edge, and ca. 2" long. There are two cancellation marks on the address side of the card; one if from New York and one from Bristol CT.
