Light soiling along the envelope flap. Envelope sealed shut, but slit open at the top. Cancellation mark on the front from January 11 in Short Hills, NJ with an oval cancellation mark with regularly spaced black lines. Cancellation mark on the back from January 12 in Oak Lawn, RI.
