Upper left corner of the front of the envelope reads "After 5 Days Return to; BOARD OF HEALTH; Town Hall; Millburn, Essex County, N.J.". Embossed, pre-printed one cent postage "Millburn, N.J." on upper right front of envelope. Edgewear. yellowing, bumped corners on front. Back of envelope has ca. 1inch stain on bottom right edge. Bottom right corner has "B.O.H." stamp in red. On the right diagonal seam on the back of the envelope is a penciled notation: "π=2 (?) E 10 36 1.00".
